is this game that bad or just not that popular? There's not a single soul online for the 2010 game anymore.

Tell me about this deck building and open slots. Can we build our own decks now from all the cards or just a select few like the unlocks and this new open slots 1-20

Sealed is fun if you happen to get that 1 or 2 single rare card WoC have made available for Sealed Play.

Don't buy this for the Sealed Mode.

Sealed play, while fun, is not worth the buy IMO. You get 7(? correct me if I'm wrong here) booster packs to open, they are all random, and then you build a deck to your liking. It is nice, but it's not like a normal Real world MTG deck where you have access to every card to make whatever deck you want. It would be stupid for Wizards to make Sealed like this, but it still seems like half a feature.

Each "slot" is unique as well, so if your slot 1 has a really cool card you'd like in slot 2, tough luck...

It's fun, but not worth it for just Sealed, go get MTGO or your local shop (and F*** all those F***ing ads, I already bought your F***ing expansion!) if you want to really build your own deck.

P.S. F*** those ads...SOOOOO much...

thanks Kjaska and Badwolf, I'll wait for the discount price now. I thought it might be like Planes Walker in the early 2000 or 1998 I forget, but I remember I had a ton of cards to make decks from, different colors too and relic cards I could use to make some pretty awesome decks. I remember I used to hate this one blue deck that had counter magic cards and steal cards and messed me up nearly every card I played. Used to steal my best creature card too. lol I'll play the gauntlet (win 20 games in a row) for awhile for my MTG fix......thanks again.

Its just unpopular. This game is totally fine. Though it does get boring after a couple hours of playing it. Then just wait a day then do another couple hours thats what i do.

Blame wotc. They get SS to pump out these games every year, killing the previous online communities.

Also this game has the lamest decks, and since sealed decks are permanent and limited...the game gets stale really fast. It'd help a lot if you put more advanced cards/decks in the game.

Considering that I get cannot conect message every time I try to play multi on this game, I'm not surprised. And the work around that was posted only works to get me one multiplayer game and then I'm back to cannot connect message. I'ms sure I'm not the only one. I like the game, but it hard to play online when it doesn't work.....

It's probably region restricted like the first DotP was. There are many games on Steam that are region restricted, some devs don't even know about it as it's related to how Steam itself works. Some kind of default option for multiplayer.
