Open Source?
Dwarfs is a legitimately fun to play game. Unfortunately, it crashes consistently after three minutes on my mac.

It seems that the development team is having issues with the amount of time required to fix all of the bugs. I'd suggest that they open source. This is a compelling strategy for multiple reasons.

1. The community will help fix bugs and make the game actually playable, which is an obvious improvement upon the status quo.
2. The company can still charge for the game, players pay for convenience.
3. User created content and features upgrade the product into a platform, which is more valuable than a single game. Red Hat Linux is a prime example of this.

What are the core team and player's thoughts on this?
