What's the trick for cave trapping??
I surounded a whole water cave with black stone and the game doesn't agree it's cave trapping. The entrance is still a wall, is that the problem?

Yes. The entrance must be a blown hole, or something like that. (There might be a way I'm not thinking of, very tired right now.

Yes it was the hole required and the wall. I lost a game after because of a supposed cave trapped but I let a hole without notice it. :-) Play a bit more allowed me get better its mood and approach, I'm not fan of score based games and prefer games with a campaign.

But it's cool stuff anyway, fairly good fun. If bugs of Mac version are fixed, I'll probably buy it anyway or at least few dlc of F2P version.

I like the arcade atmosphere to this game. Seeing how successful I can run the dwarfs. Sometimes I felt I was too aggressive, and thus had many problems that I couldn't manage. Other times I felt I was too careful, and didn't get much done. Playing on hard and using turbo as much as possible is the real challenge for me.

When the numerous crash on Mac version will be solved I'll buy it, I think I can get some cool hours through many occasional plays. I won't bother really beat scores but just for a little entertainement.

Edit: What you mean by aggressive play? Guide more the dwarfs?

blow a hole infront of a wall with dynamite

The further out you go, the greater the dangers become. So keeping the dwarfs closer in is being less aggressive. Again, on hard difficulty the monsters are a big step up in strength.

And how you keep dwarfs closer in? You don't control them much or it cost too much, and I haven't seen any option to control the flow of dwarf created so it goes in paroxysm.

Whoa, I had to look that word up!
This is what I do, i either grab the far flung dwarfs and put an arrow on them pointing them back toward the center. Or, I will just take the safe way and blow them up.

Ha ha I didn't played much the game because the game crash very fast on Mac, so 3 sessions about 10mn each. I suppose it's so obvious that even after only 30mn of discovering the game I should have find myself.

Franckly from 30mn playing your arrow trick is a bad one. But the blow up, ha ha ok I wonder why I didn't thought of this, killed your own unit is a little shift, that's ceertainly the reason. :-)

Smart trick!
It'll help with the prevention of lava and water!
