fatal exception upon launch, ubuntu x64 12.10 (solved)

my solution was to install the libgdiplus:i386 package
i noticed that dwarfs throws a fatal exception upon not finding libgdiplus.so.0, so i installed libgdiplus, and still receive the same error

[ERROR] FATAL UNHANDLED EXCEPTION: System.TypeInitializationException: An exception was thrown by the type initializer for System.Drawing.GDIPlus ---> System.DllNotFoundException: libgdiplus.so.0

~$ ldconfig -p |grep libgdiplus
libgdiplus.so.0 (libc6,x86-64) => /usr/lib/libgdiplus.so.0
