I can´t lauch the game

my problem is that after i install the game i try to open it, but i cant it doesn´t do nothing and when y press the play button 2 times appears a message that say that it´s already open

Need more system information. Specs, how many monitors are you running, are you running an AVR receiver etc etc. Drivers and needed software up to date?

try to install directx manually and then start the game

I did that and it didnt work, for either of the Lego Batman games

did you download the directX software? you can also wait a few days and let the gaem recuperate.

Just open the game folder and try to install directx manually
