Can´t Join Friend (Zombies)

I cant join my friend its keeps saying this: "Unable to join game session"
I will like if you can help me. I haven´t tryed any time where i can join him. He can´t join me too.

Look if the host have not activate an option botton right who do that nobody can join

So, basically, what you need to do is to forward a certain number of communication ports on your router, and you have to redirect all the traffic coming from this ports to the IP address of your PC inside your local network. Note that your PC needs a static IP address inside your local network or a reserved IP address if you use DHCP.
