Full Screen Not Showing

By full screen I mean I can only see a certain part of the game, I cannot see the bottom parts. Here's a screenshot of what I mean. http://tinypic.com/r/2iktcuc/8

I can only see up to that. As you can see, I can't even see the lowest platform where I'm standing on. How do I fix this? Thanks.
