Flamethrower crash bug

Made me quit this game in 2013 and it still exists in 2016

I never had such a bug! flamethrower works great.

I too have this problem; with flamethrower in hand and working it, i move fastly or jump and the game crash. Any idea?

It's caused not only by flamethrower as well actually, I get random crashes every few minutes.. Such a shame because this game is really amazing

It has nothing to do with the flamethrower specifically. If you're playing on Windows 8\10, the game will just crash when there are >= ~16 sounds playing at once. Mods compiled with the newer version of software used to make this game (e.g. mine) fix this.
