Achievement "WITHOUT DYING"

I have finished the level "Tortoise Port" without dying and i don't get the achievement.
I have finished the level a first time with death... the first boss is crazy the first time...
After that, i do the level again and die again... but i choose the option "restart the level", and I do it without any death....... very happy to have kill the narval without been damaged... but i don't get the achievement.

Achievement glitched ?
Or what i need to do exactly to get the achievement.

yea, since i do speedruns, my strategy is to die on purpose, cause the turtle is too slow to keep up xD this achievment was like the second last achievment i needed so I remember quiet well doing it really slow without dying :P

It's an old topic, but I have the same problem... I was 100% sure I didn't die, but I didn't get the achievement at the end. I really don't feel like killing that boss one more time (argh!), so does anyone know what the problem might be and how to fix it?

Apparently, when restarting a level, you should either restart the level from the main menu or after closing the game. I've tried it again after restarting the game, and I got the achievement without any trouble. =)

I have the same problem at level "Ovenblast". I had to restart the level but didn't get the achievement. Then I got back to the level selector map and another time I didn't get the achievement at the first run :(
Perhaps I have to restart the game, but that's a bad workaround. Where are the devs, when we need them...

and another time :( at level heaven / cathedral, the left room (with the crown above the entrance). It was the first walkthough after starting the game
