There are soo many bugs in the PC version of this game I'd be surprised if Activision said they beta tested it at all.
One section of game play involved you fighting the Rihno in the sewers I fought him for 30mins before I realise what I had to do and that was because the indicators only showed up for a microsecond and not long enough before you had to dodge again.
I enjoy Spiderman but I think this game could be a whole lot better if it had received decent bug testing.
Whom ever tested this game needs to be fired from their jobs.
took me a while to figure it out as well. i kept seeing the hint, but only for a split second. i would try to trigger it, but kept zipping over to rhino, who proceeded to turn me into street pizza.
But heck, all the crap they put in the game should just work dammit! What`s the use if it all has to be disabled to stop this unoptimized piece of crud from crashing!?
In those rare times I crash, I CTRL+ALT+DEL to the Task Manager if I need to get my mouse cursor back, and generally (not always) wait for the game to resync by watching the Steam icon in my task tray. Sometimes I just end the process and jump back in. Why? Because so far, a crash hasn't set me back more than about five or ten minutes of game play (usually LESS than five), and my "punishment" (*rolls eyes*) often consists of getting to pummel a group of bad guys again. I think this is the only game I've ever played where crashes actually ADDED more fun to my game on several occasions.
It is what it is, I don't expect the crash bug to get fixed, but it's an amazing super hero game and I'll be coming back to it for a very long time.
