Bought Triple Pack But I Don't have access to Moria
I bought the triple pack and thought it would automatically give me access to Moria quests when I got there. It didn't. someone told me I had to have a special key to type into the Turbine Points website. I looked back at the receipt when I purchased the game and it did not give me a key for Turbines site. What do I do?

First off, you got screwed if you bought the triple pack from Steam. You could have bought the quad pack from Turbine for the same price and got Riders of Rohan, too.

To answer your question though, look for the CD Key listing for LotRO in your games list. That needs to be applied to your Turbine account.

I copied the CD-Key and tried to past it into my account. I'm not sure I did it correctly. Do I have to bring up a product? I tried bringing up the "Moria Expansion" and then doing it. It didn't work. I then tried doing it without any product in my "checkout basket". That didn't work either.

Log in to your account at myaccount.turbine.com . The very first thing on the screen is "activate product key". Paste the CD Key there and hit submit. Might be a few questions beyond that, but you shouldn't have any problems.

The "Steam Wallet" is NOT part of Turbine and LOTRO. Things acquired via the Steam Wallet must be transferred to (activated on) your Turbine Account.

Because Valve/Stem is a "third-party" (like any "game store") products available are limited to those items "in-stock." Items "in-stock" in any game store (Steam Wallet) are frequently different from the items available directly from the manufacturer (Turbine). All of this is standard "retail" practice. The "Steam Wallet" is NOT a "financial processor" the way any Credit Card (i.e. Visa, Mster Card, or even PayPal, etc.) operation is. It is simply, yet another merchant who sells stuff.

If you install the base game via steam, can you still purchase and apply the quad pack from turbine?

You have to. All game related "goodies" must be entered at myaccount.turbine.com

Steam is simply a download mechcanic for the basic game.
Every copy of LOTRO contains ALL game content. There is no separated DLC.
Access to that content is controlled by the keys entered at myaccount.turbine.com.
Those keys can be acquired from any source -- including both on-line and bricks and morter game stores.

I always buy the expansions directly from Turbine and activate them in the account page.
