4 players with just one game?

I want to play this with my brothers and friends at my home using Steam's Big Picture, so, is there a way play on splitscreen buying just one game?

Yep, just plug some controllers in and slap that start button and you'll be good to go.

I do this all the time with my kids on the living room HDTV. I only have three 360 controllers so I play the fourth with the keyboard, and there is zero slow down during four player local co-op. Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed is truly an awesome game!

The attention to the local co-op in this game is immense and refreshing for the PC platform.

Split screen works across nearly all (if not all) game modes.

Has anyone Tried Local Splitscreen with a multiple monitor set up? My Pc has 2 monitors and was wondering if I could do 2 player splitscreen and have a user on each, or if it only splits up the primary monitor like you would for any console game? Just wondering.

Awesome - I wait ages for the game to go on sale and now I find I am going to have to buy 2 more wireless xbox controllers. Ah well could be worse - it could be in 3D too...

so what if you want to play 2 player with a keyboard vs a conroller?
ive used the config to setup player 1 and player 2 but when i hit custom game and local co-op it just whinges that there aren't 2 players.

Press Space so that the keyboard player 'buys in'. Alternatively press Start on the controller.
