ı have this prob. how can ı fix it . ı am using laptop intel core i5 cpu 2.50 GHz 32 bit 4GB Ram

Check your screen resolution in the game configuration, make sure it's supported by your laptop.

To launch the configuration app, right click the game in Steam and select Configure from the drop down menu, it can be a little buggy and might take a couple tries to launch it.
