C9 freezing issue
First of all, thanks for reading this! I appreciate it.
So this is the problem: C9 runs quite smooth at my laptop without any big issues, untill I go fighting. After killing a couple of enemies I can't see how much damage I deliver anymore, then my whole game freezes. If I click again my screen turns white and it crashes, if I wait 20 seconds it continues like nothing happened. Please help me! This is really annoying and ruins my experience, C9 is such a great game I don't want it ruined because of some freezing bug.

Sounds like a connection issue. You'll see that sort of thing for pretty much any game that completely revolves around instanced game play areas like C9 does, when something happens to your connection to the server. It could be something on your end, their end, or one of the Internet hubs that connect you to them.

No, my internet is fine. :(
It's probably on their end, thanks.

The more common causes of this would be something effecting your connection, such as you, or someone at your house trying to download something at the same time, or in at least some cases, such as a shared connection, or some types of Internet service, others in your connection area bogging up the traffic. There could have been something on their end, such as being hit by a DDoS attack. Some people seem to love hitting online game services with those, was a good string of those hitting different games some months backs for instance. Then at times, especially if you're a fair ways away from the servers, there could have been some problem at one, or more of the connecting Internet connection hubs. That could have slowed, or completely cut you off from the servers. These are all part of the unavoidable reality of online gaming.
