I've been playing this game for 4 years now (almost 5) and Nexon takes a LONG time to answer tickets. By long I mean anywhere from a month to a year. (and some people I know have unanswered tickets dating back to 2008)

Anyways, good luck on getting your tickets answered! (You'll need it.)

I got my tickets replied back in by few weeks. It really depends how many tickets they need to deal with before it gets to yours.

As long as your ticket has nothing to do with money you'll be fine...I still have one open (for about....oh idk, five years now) with proof that I lost 8 dollers in NX from a server crash. My others tickets have been answered though.

A few tips about the ticket system.

Posting the same ticket over and over will only make them ignore it entirely and will probably close it without looking at it. If you are submitting a ticket about a bug/glitch in the game, you will need to make the appropriate post (follow the rules) on the Bugs & Glitches sub-forum of the Mabinogi Nexon Forums.

Make sure you understand the category you are trying to submit your ticket into. For example, if you lost a Fishing Booster Potion due to a crash, be sure to place your ticket in the following sub-forum: Game Related -> Lost/Missing Items or Reward.

If you didn't recieve an item from a Generation Quest, then it would go in the sub-category:
Game Related -> Generation and Quest Issues.

If you have a broken skill that will not rank up (like the old Musical Knowledge bug that happened with the Bard Maestro update), then the category would be: Game Related -> Skills and Crafting Issues.

Submitting your ticket in the wrong location will more often than not delay their response by several weeks. Every time I submit a ticket, it is usually answered within a week tops (normally 2-3 days). If you need help on what category to submit the ticket, just post in this thread and I'll do my best to help.



Also, if your ticket is over a year old, close it and re-submit.

Nice you sound just like a "copy N paste" GM. Nexon Staff barely looks at tickets. 90% of the time the answer they will give you is copy N pasted from there notes. Sometime they will even troll you by giving you literally an answer that has nothing to do with your ticket. Anyways my point being is nexon has almost no customer service and your tips aren't going to help anyone get their tickets answered faster.

SOURCE: I've had a few tickets get auto-close for no reason, answered a month after I solved the problem by myself, and close after a year. Also seen this happen to many other people.

You know, I'm merely trying to help. If you don't want to listen to my suggestions, then you are welcome to that, but do not belittle me because of it. I take it you haven't filed a ticket within the past few months or so? Because they HAVE gotten a LOT better for Mabinogi related issues at the very least. One GM (Gimbal) has made strides in returning people's lost items back, and players have high praises for him on the forums.

I have ALSO had tickets auto-closed on me before, but those were mostly Hack-shield related issues, or a bug/translation error that are now to be reported in the Bugs & Glitches subforum of the Mabi Nexon Forums.
