Screen resolution issues

I just got the game today and it started up in 1920x1280. I expected it to be flickering and what not( usually it is so i have to run my desktop in 1280x720) but it wasn't. I happily played until I think I changed the resolution to 1280x720 and when i tried to go back to 1920x1280 the screen is cut off. I played in fullscreen and then that happened. Any help? I don't really like playing in windowed and I can't figure out how to fix it.

Fullscreen is screwed up in mabinogi, and it's literally impossible to make it look decent.

Sorry mate, you actually Need to use windowed mode for this game. At least you can click and drag the window so it fits the screen?

I believe there is a wide screen support check box under video options in your mabinogi settings, this may fix your issue, but I cant be sure, mabinogi by default is set to 4:3, this option allows for 16:9.

Theres also software people use to enable borderless fullscreen on games that dont have it, it might help to google around for such things, but make sure to find reviews from users.

The final last resort sort of thing I would mess with are the mabinogi registry keys for its width and height.

Is that software safe to download? Normally links leading to certain downloads, such as that, are not allowed to be posted to Nexon related forums due to safety reasons.

OP, I don't know if this will help correct your issue but if you look in your Mabinogi game folder you can find a file named default.reg. If you run that file, it should set your resolution back to the default resolution. Hopefully it will fix the problem where your screen is cut off. You should be able to find it here, or a similar path:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Mabinogi then just look for and run default.reg

Yes, its safe, I checked the most recent pages for any bad comments, then checked their facebook page which only has some technical issue comments.

But your correct, I should offer more... fully tested software. http://store.steampowered.com/app/388080/ is a steam app with good reviews, though it costs some dollars.
