Nexon pages not loading?

Hi everyone! Over the past few week i have try to load the mabinogi nexon pages to buy more nx or pets, but the page will not load. Is it just me having this problem? I am not sure if this is relavent but i am currently using windows 10 and google chrome when i attemp to go to the mabinogi homepage or nexon site to buy things. If anyone has a solution to this problem, please tell me how to fix it. Thanks

Hi. Do you have the internet explorer browser on your pc? Nexon's sites are supposed to be optimized for that browser while other browsers, Firefox/Chrome, sometimes act oddly, for example, when trying to make a Nexon account, purchase from the cash shop, or attemping to purchase NX. Another thing you could possibly try is to clear any browser cookies related to Mabinogi/Nexon. There have been times in the past when the site's cookie became corrupt and the page refused to load properly for me. Clearing the cookies fixed the issue for me.

Hi Shoog! I just tried your idea and it is the same thing in internet explorer. It keeps saying the page took to long to load.

It sounds like a problem on your system, i havent heard of this issue before and the site seems to run fine for those I know and myself.

Your anti-virus might have functions that "protect" you while browsing the internet, attempt disabling it temporarly to test. You can also try visiting the site from another device on the same network to determine if your ISP, or router/modem is the issue.
