Can't play game

I keep trying to play the game but it just come up with an error message that says, Steam Initialization Failed. You must be logged into Steam for this to work.

Same error here. (Error 2001) when the launcher shows up, my name does not appear and I can't type anything there. After a few seconds the error appears. Not good. I even reinstalled the game through steam and nothing. Get the same error.
