It is because of the Merging of na and eu Server. it will no longer be usable on steam meaning you have to redownload it from the site to keep playing combat arms.

this same thing is happening to me! i think it is because of the new combat arms so there shutting down the old servers or maybe its because steam dosnt want it anymore.
