All right, let's take a look at this.
Problem with lag is usual for the players, who run the game through routers. In the game directory you can find con_tester folder, which contains the program, checking if everything is all right with your connection. If there are some error in the logs of this program, please contact our support team or post a bug in Bug report section of the forum!

I am using a mac can you please tell me where that exactly is?
ST_Team Jun 6, 2013 @ 6:26am
Ok, you should have told it earlier - mac doesnt support this kind of testers. Please, contact our support team, they will need your game.log file (you can find it here: /Users/***/Library/Application Support/StarConflict/) and detailed desription of the problem.

You can do it from the game:
Click on a big question mark in the upper right corner of the screen and you will see a 'support' button in the menu there.
Or just follow this link[support.gaijinent.com]. =)

one more quick question SC_Team i am sorry i am new to the forums should i submit a ticket because the file attachments does not accept files ending with .log

You can just change the file extension from .log to .txt. That should be ok to send if I remember correctly.

for lag issues i tend to find a DNS flush and disableing any connection dependant programs (skype, TS3, RC etc.) also try running Game Booster and remember when all else fails DL the game you want external of steam and if you must run steam then do so in offline mode

i5 3570K 3.8GHz
16GB corsair VENGEANCE 1600MHz DDR3
GTX 670 OC 2GB
Z77X-D3H mainboard
2X sata3 SSD (120GB and 250GB)
