Can i change starting race?

I start with Jerichon but it was before patch so i want to change to empire or federation ... can i do this without losing any progress? I mean without creation new account and without deleting all my progress...

when you reach rank 2 and can take contracts, the group you sign contracts for will determine which faction you gain rank with--each faction has sub groups you can choose between. The only thing starting race determines that you can't alter is the very minor boost each race gets.

Yes! And i have +2% dmg to missles and + 5% to exp... When this 2% work on fregats torpedos it was cool but now it doesnt work because torpedo not missile anymore(there was perk which increase range by 70% it used to increase torpedos too but now...) well now i play for Empire but i have no bonuses like others race have..mean i have bonus from Jerichon but other player has advetage by their native bonuses(not all but still)

You can switch your faction after reaching rank 2 in any subfaction, but in order to change your starting bonus you need to buy a Forged ID.
