Dislike the new ship update! Needs to be changed!

About 2 months ago i bought a T2 ship for 1,000 Gold cedits that had powerful torpedo's as the main weapon. I haven't been on much cos i've been busy so i come back on after this new update to find out the main weapon has changed to phase sheilds. WTF thats rubbish waste of my money. I've complained about this many times and you know what they say back "Oh we can't do anything about it". WTF your the ones who made that game. Aswell i got brand new T4 ships for my federation but wait after the new update the ranks changed. And you know what they did? They deleted all my ships. So i'm unistalling this game and put on alot of gaming website not to play this game. So Star Conflict if you go out of business i would be the only one laughing at you saying "I told you so!". But they still haven't given me my credits back for deleting my 3 federation T4 ships worth 12,745,000 credits! :(

I believe they only refunded credits on ships that were moved to ranks higher than the current rank of the pilot. For instance, a previously rank 9 interceptor could have been bumped up to T4 and unless I had levelled into T4, they would have sold that ship.

I'm rank 10 and they moved all my ships to rank 11. So they deleted them cos i wasn't high enough and didn't give my money back! :(

That's odd. Might I recommend submitting a ticket? I was refunded enough to purchase replacements.

Crus Type Q is a great ship, you got your hands on the only rank 6 guard frigate in tier 2 :d.

I can understand it may be a different sort of deal than you're used to, but I assure you it's a great support type that defends engies like noones business. If you still want a torpedo frigate then you'd want the Templar, another tier 2 rank 6 that comes with a -sweet- as hell innate for bumping up the fligh speed of your hail or stabalized shots, you can two shot inties with two charged bursts, and can for sure set up the shots easily with a bunch of accel coils.

I guess you got the right to be mad about it either way, though completely honest you haven't exactly lost out on anything here, you made a gain man, the Templar is also better than the priest bartle which is about what you would have gotten. But I can agree they should have refunded people their gold credits when they made changes to a premium ship.

And the items. I haven't played either since they made the change. I log in, see that I can't use my stuff, and I just don't even want to play it anymore. It's an instant downer.

Hey guess what, guy? Credits are free! Whoah! That's right! Everytime you log in and play you earn credits! WOWEE!

You either are lying and recieved your credits and misspent them, or are some strange case. My guess is it's not the latter. Submit a ticket and they will help you, that is if you're even worth helping.

The developers never deleted anything without refund and won't be. They either changed the already purchased ships into the ships of the higher rang OR refunded the full cost of the ships that couldn't be changed and were removed from the hangar.

You say that Alex_tg but they still haven't refunded me :(. I contacted them and they replied "It must of been a bug! Sorry we can't do anything about it! It took me 4 months of no-stop playing to get the money and now its just wasted. If only i kept the money and used it after the update but i didn't know there was going to be a ship update :(. Thats the problem with beta game's always changing for the better or the bad. I'm Sad Now, Don't Know What To Do :'( Uninstall IT Or Keep Playing IT!

This is why I have a Consumer Complain and Better Business Bureau complain with valve. I am understand some changes being "beta", but these were drastic changes but I want my money back on ships that I purchased using real money for the reason I used them in which I cannot. I have not logged into the game since that patch to play. I want to have my DLC refunded. My gold standards to be reset with the game so I can re apply it elsewhere since they destroyed how I was playing the game. "Command Ships" Which I spent real money on obtaining these things since I work full time and did not want to grind it out.

This Update has been growing on me.... While several changes I may disagree with a little, and a few balance issues were made worse while others were balanced (I love the int speed increase) I really want to see detonation added back into sector control
