Great game after TB Reviewed it, But then.....
I really loved this game as I picked it up Stright after Total Biscuit reviwed it... Great battles in Arcade was kind of casual in a semi casual game... Or atleast you should think it would be at tire one and two....

But sadly as the weeks passed I came to realise that a was playing more and more agenst organised Squads, eaven in tire 2... and my winn loss radio that was well above 1.5 (never joined a squad), started to drop down wery close to one (and it probably would have gone way lower)

Finaly one night I was losing evry mach in four and a half houer straight..... Playing agenst squads every single game.... /ragequit....

I meen this is a game with great potential... But why on earth do you let organised groups PAWN newbies all night... It really cant be any fun for any of the sides.

For me im done with this game. A good idea for others that try this, Join or make a squad as soon as possible, because as soon as the hype is gone you'll get crushed if your casual.

It's like that with a lot of games. Most multiplayer games in fact. What do you want to do, nerf friendships and teamwork?

That's the one thing no sane game company can do.

While winning isnt everything, for most people losing constantly just isnt fun and enjoyable. Especially if it's not you having a close battle everytime, but being utterly destroyed every time you attempt to fight.

And it's not exactly easy to just get a squad of people, be really good, and wreck everything in your path. Rather, you cant just assume you'll get to join one that does that.

Some people can grin and bare it because they love the game, others may not and just quite regardless.

Sometimes I've actually made more profit losing than winning matches. Makes me chuckle every time when enemy team steamrolls and I end up making top credit.

TB fanboy rage, this whole thread is redundant ... no one cares about your casual gamer problems.

It isnt redudent, any proper multiplayer game like these type got someway of making sure that grouped people play against other grouped people. Thats how it should be, how can someone stand a chance against a orginised team vs a pug. If you think its fine, your ignorance is amazing.

Game could profit from a mercenary mode like COD where you aren't allowed to join as a squad maybe.

To answer your question about winning, because it is hard to grind rep and creds when you are getting pubstomped all night. I have no issues with their being orginized teams, in fact I encourage it, but they need to have their own que and not que with the solo players. When you let orginized teams que with solo players they aren't playing for challenge, they are playing to pubstomp the other team, and that just isn't cool. I play games in different ways on different days, but for the most part it is all about finding a good challenge that I can overcome. I don't care if I lose a few times, as long as I feel like I could have won it had we played just a bit better, or had we not made that mistake half way through the game.

Balanced battles are what every multiplayer game should be aiming for period.

losing streaks happen in this kind of game...especially if you're playing alone. But then, winning streaks happen too...I often find myself at fault in losing games like chasing an interceptor instead of searching for the bomb carrier...or other things like that.

No doubt it happens, but when it happens for an extended period of time for a similar reason then there is an issue. Though I've found that if I play at the wee hours of the morning I get less pubstomps

well...at least in this game you still get quite a good amount of credits and rep even when you lose a game comparing to others (like WoT). Especially if you are a good player. I seldom get less than 80k even in a lost...and I'm not even a pro player.

When your team is losing, flying straight into the fray after respawn is not going to help.

I usually skirt the arena until I find an open objective, or an occupied enemy to destroy. I do run into the fray from time to time depending on the objective. If it is emp runs, I tend to stay back just a little bit to see if an enemy grabs the bomb, if they grab it I drop them and run the bomb to the nearest rally point to get my team on me.
