How to get all points??

I got 336 out of 340 on my fisrt playtrough and have been wondering where those last 4 should be, I realice for the achivements that some puzzles can be solved in a different way, even playing I did get that impression.

I went to the internet and I´m looking at some reviews but the ones with most points ended in 336 too, one that is pretty much how I did it and another one a little bit different.

Do you get special point for giving the wizzard the medicine without compromising Anna´s ethical??? because it´s the only place I can think of getting out more points.
