How to edit settings!
Previously there was no way to change the resolution. This has been resolved. Right-click the game in steam and go to browse local files you should see config.exe there. Click it, choose desired resolution hit apply and there you go!

my only choice for resolution is 640 but i want 1920. game is opening in 1280

can I rebind gamepad keys?

I see an input.xml file, you can probably edit it in there, not sure if the game will recognize them or not. I assume it will though or the xml file wouldn't be there. There are controller mappings in there.
