If I have this on my iPhone, is it worth buying to play on PC??
Enjoyed GoF 1 and 2 on iPhone. Is it worth the $6 to play on PC?

Also, I have a 360 pad, is it compatible.

and i keep crashing when finished 1st mission...
No it absolutely is not worth buying it.
There is no addons or modding capabilities for PC. And there is no FULL gamepad support for the game. Dont buy it.
This game has so much potentials with it's good star map mechanics, and sharp graphics for even its 'magazine paper color comics' book looks. You know those thick covers cover comic book kinds with shiny photo paper kinds am talking about. It's between sims and old Wunderland arcade looks, but leans towards the later. The problem was Fishlab got on the stupid 'iOS' gaming bandwagon and sideline PC users till later on when they wanted to see how they do, and it failed on PC markets because they "scattered" their resources trying to "see" which was better. Should've gone with PC and then Abs, but if you ignore PC gamers you will lose in this Steam type gaming market - Period. So when they switch their gears to "test" the PC gaming marke with a stand alone GoF2-HD( note the HD ) version with NO addon's like they had with their iOS version with SuperNova and Valkerie, they upset a lot of their PC uers players with such shortcomings to not include the addon's. What a waste because I would've bought all the addons, even if I may not have time to play them. But to treat the PC gaming community like an "afterthought" from the get go, well then what do you expect, Fishlabs?

Like I said, there's many gaming mechanics in this game is sharply done, even if it has a comic cheesey looks to it, but that's part of its appeals to me, too. It's arcade style space sim for comics lover, and whoever is fans of the old Privateers/WingCommander/Freelancers" space gamer fans. The germans do know how to do the mechanics of game well like they do their cars, that's for sure, in my opinion!

If you're not sure, check it out by other players playing GoF2-HD on YouTube. That helps me in quite a few games I bought. You take less risks that way, I think.
No, not worth it. Short base game, and no Shima system. Without the Shima system, there is no Kaamo Club, so you can't collect ships, which means you wouldn't have anything to do after finishing the game.
If you want to experience the add-ons on a big screen, no. Absolutely not. I regret buying this because I ahd the expectations(my own fault) of those add-ons coming to PC as well.
