Autopilot not returning me to station( first mining mission )

I just installed this and started a new game. I killed the pirates, get warpped, apparently across the galaxy, and have to go mine some ore for the first time. I have successfully filled my cargo hold, and was tols to return to the station.

However, when I press the Q key and select the station, my ship just sits there. Same thing when I just aim at the station and then hit F to lock onto it. My ship just simply won't move at all! No keyboard ccommands seem to be working.

Does anyone have any ideas? Am I doing something wrong? Thanks...

Nevermind... I figured it out finally... My Saitek X52 is actually what is over-riding my keyboard controls. But not for all of them, just certain ones. For Example:

W, [ or / do not power the engines. Even re-mapping them didn't help. However when I throttle up my X52 the ship moves.

Would have been nice to see some type of visual confirmation that it even recognized my Saitek, let alone set it to default controler... :-/
