I actually dig this game! Especially playing with an xbox controller. If more people were buying it, it could make for fun online racing

Physics are great (not perfect but there's no such thing... go drive a real car for the perfect driving physics) specially with a good steering wheel, I'm playing with no driving aids, and all needed video settings are there, unless you are trying to run the game on an ancient computer and need to disable more than whats there. The only real fault on this game is the GFWL. Worst thing that had ever happened in the PC gaming world since the beggining. Shame on every single developer that had ever incorporated that putrid piece of sh1t into a game.

gotta disagree with OP - no regrets whatsoever for my $5
as someone that enjoys some arcade drivers as well as the most realistic sim I can find - I would suggest if you're only into serious sims, pass on this you will be disappointed - but if you're ok with a moderate simulation you could do a lot worse than this

it's pretty dang cool - I like the historic aspect of it and it's the first racer I've seen that lets you drive the race car from Monopoly (sorry had to use it) and don't dare utter the word Mafia - that was the biggest freakin' joke of a race car I've ever had to deal with (looks drop-dead gorgeous, sounds fairly cool, drives like a laundry basket with square plastic wheels falling down a mineshaft)

this is a good game - nothing spectacular but very enjoyable and it looks sweet - I haven't gotten very far with it still in golden age but I would put it WAY below GT Legends and somewhere around Grid 1 as far as physics - graphics are decent - control is a bit of a nightmare but it just takes some getting used to

Was playing last night, works like a charm!
I just love Ferraris, especially the oldies, and there are plenty of em in here!! :D

Sure the controls isn't the best, and the physics a bit slippery, but i've experienced worse.
And the graphics is decent enough.

I'm not thrilled over the campaign either, to much focus on time attack and different missions that kan be utter frustrating and a bit to hard!!
But the quick races and multiplayer is great!

Na got it as I wanted it. I don't see why people get off on telling people what to buy/not buy..... All the things you (op) said are your opinions and can't be forced on people. People play World of warcraft, I think it's crap but don't tell people not to buy it.....

Everybody has different preferences when it comes to gaming, I personally also think world of warcraft is crap, but it's not my place to tell people not to buy it.I might like those types of games... you never know.. Same goes for Ferrari legends.. I like it, and you are not forced to buy/play it.

I jumped right into the modern era career with my Fanatec Porsche 911 Turbo S wheel, and am having a lot of fun. I think the physics and controls are excellent. You can really feel the difference between each car and the force feedback is great - right down to the little wiggle you get when changing gear sometimes.

Maybe some of the people complaining about controls are driving old cars? Newsflash: many old cars handled like boats (even Ferraris by modern standards).

I'm not sure about every assist, but if you put the handling mode on "Professional" or whatever it is, it definitely takes off some of them, like ABS.

I think the reason why you might be having issues is that the game runs pretty horrible for me at least. I also had the same issues with NFS Shift series which was developed by the company.
