Boneblock not useable as building material/behaves like fine sand

According to the descriptions, "Boneblocks" should be building material. However they are not.

Currently boneblocks have the "flow" properties of fine sand, making it utterly useless to build anything.

There goes my idea of giving my floran a "bone house".

That's not really a bug, as that's literally just what they are. You can still use them as background walls though. And you can do the "bones behind the wall" thing, just encase them in maybe a reed wall making it like a three layer sort of thing. Still very creepy.
