How do I make a drill?

I just found out drills were added into the game. How do I make them?

probably requires the Robotic Workbench (best guess) so probably can't craft it until you beat the second boss.

It's not T3 AFAIK, I didn't see them last I checked. I'm assuming they are T4 or T5+.

Drills aren't worth it, since it just does a 2x2 area and almost the same speed as a pickaxe.

You have to be in Tier 4 first, It takes Credits and Copper/Silver/Gold/Platinum/Diamond bars
