Error 2104 User Login Processing Error
When launching Race Room Racing Experience from the Steam app a login screen comes up. I enter credentials (correctly) and get "Error 2104 User login processing error".

This is going on for 10 days now. Zero response from Simbin support other than an automated ticket confirmation. The hotfix, where a profile issue preventing users from logging on was mentioned on the list of fixes, came and changed nothing here. Still getting "Error 2104".

Now I'm wondering what is known about Error 2104. Apparently it bit a bunch of people back in March 2014. Suggested fix at the time was to verify game cache files. Which I tried now as well, of course. The verification took 5 minutes, succeeded, but did not solve the issue.

What do we know about Error 2104?

Also, Simbin support's overwhelming silence makes me feel itchy, kind of. Simbin, you don't want me feeling itchy :)

I showed them and they check what the problem could be.
Hi Tito,

2014 can be variety of things but it generally means something on your account is incomplete or became corrupt which is failing to log in.

The first thing to try would be to try and log into your account via web instead of game. Please go to game.raceroom.com and try to log in. If successful, go to account settings and select "Switch accounts". Confirm and try running the game again.

If the above suggestion does not work then I will need you to give me your profile name in R3E so I can find you in the database and take a look.

Regarding the support page and SimBin: SimBin is no more and unfortunately since the transition we, the developers do not have the manpower to respond to the tickets fast enough. Transition is still ongoing and we hope to solve the lack of response in support pages soon.

Sonat, thanks for replying and the hints.

So, just now, I log on to game.raceroom.com (successfully), select Account settings and get "Something wrong happened on our servers, please try again". That doesn't help much, now does it? Well, I'll try again later.

Thanks again and keep it up. We all know devs just love doing support instead of writing code :)

honestly, f this game.
Its impossible to even install it correct, done reinstall sjhit now 3 times still the idiotgame install each time and give me a f-en betaregister♥♥♥♥box. and if it starts, no MP, my controlprofile is gone and noww the stupid optoins dont ♥♥♥♥♥♥ can be set as i wish. and i dont want no forcefeed back, only the FORCE like in R A C E 07!! now its NO reistance = NO driving possioble. and as i closed the game..BLAM..then the FORCE WAS PUT ON! Ininstall,delete, forget.



S3, GIVE ME MY R A C E 07 AND MY MATES BACK!!! NOW! pls.

I get also sometimes this error 2104 after closing R3E with a message internet connexion error (connexion lost).

So someone at Sector3 fixed this for me. Now I'll launch R3E from Steam Library and end up right in the game. I'd have preferred to understand what the actual issue was but hey :)

Not an answer yet. Hello? If it´s possible to get someone to care for the problem as in the case of tito, I would like to get the same service. Please - solve my problem with the Error 2104. I paid about 40 € for Special COntent and I want to play what I paid for.

i had the same problem until i changed my email attached to RRE and then changed it back. Dont ask how that would of worked but it did something and now its working fine.

It´s not possible to do something in any way. My hands are totally bound. If there would be a possibility to call the support, I would do so. But there isn´t any possibility to get someone responsable to care for my failure. I´m totally f***** off.
