Target Lock switches to different Target
Is there a way to configure Target Lock to stay locked onto one target ? I'm using the winged spear and finding Target Lock to be useful in compensating for the narrow hit zone. Unfortunately, the Lock might switch from a nearby enemy to an out of reach enemy just as the attack animation starts. The attack misses both targets and I find myself facing the wrong direction to block the next attack.

FYI I am using DSFix for the graphics enhancements.

Apply the DSM fix and then you can change targets by command rather than a slight flinch on the mouse.

Thanks for the advice. I have installed DSM and the Target Lock works exactly like I want it to. However, mouse-look for the camera no longer works. I have unplugged the other game controllers, but I believe there is still some interference. In fact, none of mouse buttons work for attack ( bound / unbound / alternate etc. ), but they do work in the menus.

Get an Xbox controler? I don't have one and just try to keep my mouse still. It's just a product of it being a bad port to PC. ♥♥♥♥ mods, the game sucks as the developers released it and I will leave it as such as a testament to that.

I got it to work! I was looking in Devices. When I went to old-school Device Manager, I found another H.I.D. game controller. When I disabled that device ( I haven't figured out what it is), the camera mouse look worked again and the targeting works the way I want it to.

Could you figure that out, I just moved from PS3 Dark Souls to PC and the lock on snap is too finnicky. I die all too often from trying to target a closer enemy and it goes to a max range enemy then unlocks like I am too far away from them.
