Saved games are gone

I recently moved. When my computer was packed, I played Dark Souls using a friends PC using my account, now that I am using my computer again, I cannot see my old dark souls saved games. Just the new one I created.

It never occurred to me that my saved games were not stored on my PC and they are not on my friends PC either. Just the new one.

dark souls saves are saved client side so they are on your friends computuer, you can possibly transfer the files in to your computer but your new characters that you said you made will be gone. Up to you.

totally fine with losing my new character
if he sends me that file, what folder do I paste it too?

NBGI its in your my documents folder, there may be more you need to do im not sure ive not tried it myself but that is where your data is stored.

As long as you're using the same account and gamertag, you can copy paste the old save file from Documents/NGBI/DarkSouls/gamertag (Win 7) into ur new PC.

nothing, the file he sent me (the only file on his PC that starts with DRAKS005 is the new one I created.
