Cannot use D-pad on Xbox controller

I found the controller mapping settings but it wont recognize the Dpad on my xbox controller. Any way to fix this without using something like Joy2Key? I can't stand using a joystick in a 2D game

Ah, sorry about that.

The extension that I'm using for the built in controller support can't read the PoV switch, which is what the Xbox360 dpad uses. This means that there's no current way to use the xbox360 dpad without using joy2key on windows. :(

I want to include d-pad support but I'm at the mercy of another programmer that was responsible for the controller extension. If the extension is updated, or if I can find another programmer to fix it, I can update it with dpad support.

The beta branch right now should have support for the d-pad.
