OK. Someone can give a small guide how to obtain those 5 mistery achievements?
While 5 of them are pretty obious then those 5 other (Full Parry, All Clear and Crown achievements) are unintuitive to get. Any instructions?

Sometimes I wonder if it has something to do with those little whte flowers on every level that you can destroy. Still haven't figured it out.

My guess is it's going to be something really sadistic like no death runs.

I just stayed up all night polishing this game off. Unfortunately for the OP, there's nothing special involved in nabbing those achievements. If you want them, you're going to have to beat, then gold, then dev time *every* level in the game.

I feel like the achievements are a little unbalanced for such a hard game. (No intermediate achievements for things like your first parry). Between that first one and the second is about 90% of the game. After that the rest roll in pretty quick.

Sorry, for being not nice right now, but those rainbow flowers are bull . They ruined the experience for me. It was a slighly enjoyable puzzle game, when it wa easy, but at harder levels the controls and time limits are unbearable.

And I'm telling this as a person who finished Super MEat Boy on 106%.

I have to disagree...at first I thought the dev times seemed impossible, and in my initial playthrough I only got a handful. But I've played about 10 hours in the last few days, and I've managed to get rainbow flowers on the first 110 levels. On average it probably took 7-8 minutes a level, though some took much shorter and some much longer. I think the hardest one in the first 100 levels was Uppercut, which took about 30 minutes.

Btw I just got the Full Parry achievement, which I got after beating the last level (#120). Now THAT level was absolutely insane, and I think rivals The Kid warp zone in Super Meat Boy (also coming from someone who's gotten 106% in SMB). I finally beat level 120 after 2 hours of play, and thankfully got the rainbow flower on my first time.

I still have to beat level #119 though, which is the last level I need to beat (then try to get the remaining rainbow flowers)

Ok, I just unlocked the first Motherhood achievement. My assumption is that you get the first one for beating all 120 levels, the second for gold flowers on all 120 levels, and the third for rainbow flowers on all 120 levels....after which I assume you'll get the "all clear" achievement as well.

This game is pretty brutal with the achievement handouts. You get one for beating the first level, then you don't see another one til you beat the game.

Yes, someone who has no idea at all what are the purpose of the achievements designed them into this game. Worst on Steam so far.

I have some issues unlocking the last 120 levels. I have all 1-110 levels on gold and therefore they should have unlocked. Also I haven't unlocked the guy with the bandana yet, or is that first after you have completed level 120?

Harsh! But you may be right -- I don't play games for achievements, so the ones I added to my game are not very typical.

111 - 120 are unlocked by getting rainbow times on 100 levels.

Ouch.. better get to it then!
But how about the bandana character?

It's the same deal -- when you get to the last set of levels you also get access to the headband momma.
Watser Jun 25, 2013 @ 2:23pm
In that case, only about 80 levels to go >.^

I for one appreciate achievements like this, finally there is a dev with the balls to add REAL achievements.

This game doesn't give hand-outs like most.

I see something is not clear for you. We are not talking about the insane difficulty of them. Why we complain is: you get 1 of the 10 achievements when your progress is 0%, and you get the other 9 together when your progress is 100%. It's like the game has only 1 achievement as the 0% is pretty worthless and you get all of the others when you finished the game.
