I was also a bit troubled by the short play length. With such a diverse spellcasting and spec system, I thought I might get a chance to use it.

I hope that this game is extended into more than it currently is. I understand the work that is put into multiple routes, but learning to HOLY ♥♥♥♥ YES I CAN TELEPORT and then not really being able to use it is a letdown this game doesn't deserve. 3 hours of playtime is simply far too short. The journey need not continue indefinitely, but my frosh was just getting over her spat with Damien and suddenly POOF year ends. I pass my final... and that's it. No central conflict established, no catharsis.

Please add more.

Well from what I'm reading on the other threads for this forum is that the primary reason would be to the supposedly disbanded team of artists for the game. This leads me to believe that the game we have now may not be added onto for a long time, or may simply never be finished. I hope this isn't the case though. Takes the whole game for some if not all relationships to flourish, and by that point, what's the point other than getting the achieve?

Sort of off topic, but this is a little bit of criticism as a gamer. As long as you have the bare mimum of spells that can be used in the dungeons, it feels too easy mode for me. Teleport Other/Push (This applies to 2 of the dungeons if you don't have alternate ailments for a specific dungeon), Slow, and the tracking spell. Though even if I do manage to do something in addition for bonus merit, why?

To summerize, I enjoy this game, and I plan to play around with the relations, more so since I don't believe everything was detailed in the forums as a reliable source. Pasel is still one of my goals, as well as Minnie. Doubt I can go after them though, but who knows. But, what this game comes down to imho is the story and achievements. There is no effort, there is no real gameplay. All I had to know was attend classes as much as possible, visit locations randomly, and I'll reach my goal at the end with a possible gal/guy next to me.

No please don't miunderstand me. You are not going in any wrong direction with the game, rather, this is the most well done sim game I've played in quite some time. Hell, I think it's the only American related sim game I've played as well. But at the same time, if you plan to make something big, make it big. I'd like to see more than one year, and I'd like to work more with the story. I know I can't ask you to make the current year longer, since that'd involve a possible rework of the event timelines, or just a lot of extra dreary days added, but if you manage to work more into this game.... I encourage that you do so.

The team that left, left too early. There is a lot of potential with a game like this, especially with this game type. I don't see many successful sim launches. I wish you the best of luck getting a hold of a team, if you plan to continue with this game, a sequel, or another (pref a sequel or added, even if it's dlc). If you do a sequel though, hope it enables a continuation of your built story.

It's been awhile since I've been to the Hanako games site, but I think they're making a game where you play as a guy instead of a girl.

Also, while the game is short (my first playthrough was around 4 hours) the game has a lot of replayability. I've beaten it 5 times now and I KNOW I still haven't seen and done everything there is to do.

The hardest part is starting over because the first few weeks are so similar! lol but yes, so many choices. First I was a demon lover, then a lesbian... I like this game haha

Worst part about only having one year was the limited ways to earn money. I finally got the thing I wanted on the LAST week. Not much time to enjoy it.

Speaking of money. How in gods name can you earn even 90 bucks before the president campaign? That option for the cupcakes is taunting me. Most I do is stick with the buttons and posters.

You can't legitimately, that one's a trick, intended to contrast with what will take place in the Wolf Hall game. There's a lot of little hooks in Horse Hall that were intended to set up for the other halls.

Will there ever be a continuation of Horse Hall? I really want to see Ellen, Virginia and the PC go through the second and third years. i personally want to see how ellen and the PC go both with the relationship and with the school conspiracy and with anything else that pops up. and add in new people as well to interact with everyone.

my soul will be crushed if there isnt more haha

This is the fourth Hanako game I've purchased, and I love them all! In fact, I bougth it for my sister (who got me into this developer by gifting me with Cute Knight some time ago). There just are so few female-oriented games out there! We both LOVE that they are unapologetically girly.

So I will second the feeling that this game is very incomplete... and I wish I could volunteer to help out to move it along, except that I'm artisically inept :(

You cannot pursue Minnie as a relationship in this game (so far). Same with Pastel, however, you CAN have get to a kissing scene with her.

That it's titled "horse hall" seems to indicate that there are some companion games intended for sale?

Pseudo-sequel for a male protagonist in Wolf hall. Ya know, in case you hadn't heard from someone.

This and Long Live the Queen seem to be way to short. They could have done tons more with Long Live.

That sounds better. I'll use that in the future ^^
