So, how is it? Worth 2.50? Too short? Repetitive? Depth of gameplay? Replay value? Any dev support? To me it looks like Super Meat Boy with a combat system, which is a good thing >.>

you seriously thinking about 2,50€? even if it is crap (which i don't think it is)... its just 2,50€.
spent 5€ yesterday for 2 games i will never touch again, but what of it?

i'd say it is like you said. meatboy with combat.

Well, I'm in college and don't have a job over winter break, so I can stretch 2.50 pretty far over the next month, actually. I was also wondering how this game stacks up against other indie titles in the same price range. For example, I've only heard good things about Hotline Miami, so I could either buy this now or hope that goes on sale for more off.

Bought this game on sale, I'm loving it so far. Challenging, with artstyle I enjoy, I want to keep playing - money well spent, hope more people will enjoy this game as much as I do.

I just played the last level today and I have to say...Its totally worth it. Took me about 9hrs to complete the game.

It's pretty good bang for the buck - lots of achievements available for the completionist player, but even if you're not going for that, I've played for two hours and only beaten the first two levels. It's fun and challenging.
It was worth 2.50 euros I think, but the full price is 10 euros, and for that, I would have been left disappointed. I finished the entire story mode in 6.7 hours, although there's still room for speed runs, and some secret pages aren't maxed out either. Rank A would be nice for the levels that didn't work out as well (and S seems impossible, so I'm not even thinking of achieving that.)

But still, the music is decent, the gameplay is challenging, and as with many platformers of extreme difficulty it can be irritating at times ~ but that's to be expected.
My only slight problem with it is that as I said, ~7 hours for a complete playthrough, and there weren't any boss fights, which somewhat surprises me. There were waves of enemies, but never singular boss fights against some large enemy you had to jump up to its face and claw it to death. I would have expected that from a game with such a combat system.

And as a result, I have this tiny bit of feeling that as awesome as it is, it could have been more, it could have been longer, and that I know of a game for a lower full-price (Fly'N) that involves more content, which is slightly unfair.

These replies pretty much decide it for me. I love the art style already and thoroughly enjoyed TotalHalibut's WTF Is... for the game, so less than the cost of a lunch would be well worth it.
