I find the controls to be super tight as well. The presence of enemies to massacre make it better than Super Meat Boy in my opinion.. Plus the Lovecraftian theme and all out feel is awesome. 5/5
I had a really hard time with chapter 2 because of the ice platforms, but once I finally got through it really felt like a victory. Still working up the courage to start chapter 3, that was a much bigger challenge for me, and not because of ice. :)
There are almost always ice levels in precision platformers :)
And what rng?
But I find some wall-to-wall plateforming to be ankward and counter-intuitive, and the ice is absurdly iritating.
