Too dark

It's too dark to be able to play this game. I can't see most of the different objects I'm supposed to interact with. If I compare the screenshots from this site with my own game, there's a huge difference. I tried changing the resolution, the luminosity and the quality of the image, and it doesn't change a thing. Can anyone help?

Not sure what to do there. I just finished and there are some dark places (intentionally I think) but overall visibility wasn't an issue when it wasn't supposed to be. I'm playing on an LCD that's pretty bright though if I need it to be.

Oh, problem solved... I should stop being so sure my drivers are up to date... sorry...
