General L4D2 Authoring Tools question...
Does the ability exist to make only common infected spawn and most importantly to make them only walk? Possible? Thanks in advance.

Turning off special infected spawns with VScripts, using the MaxSpecials Director Option. For maps you can write a Director script with the option set in the DirectorOptions table, and for mutations you set it in the MutationOptions table in your mode script.

The infected speed is controlled by the z_speed convar. For a mutation you can set the value in the mode definition file. The infected don't have walking animations though, so slowing them down makes them look weird.

OK definitely not worth the effort for me personally if that's the outcome for the specific effects I am after, and I have you to thank for saving me a bunch of time/headache. Thanks!
