cannot install the game

i am trying to install the game on steam it cannot be installed

is not a problem of the specs as i have tried in two completelly diferent computers and cannot be installed. it only appears a window it says preparing Spirits to install and nothing happens

on the game's page it says that already have one and can play. i pressed "play" button and nothing happend! there are no game in my library. (i'm sorry for my english)

I am having a similar problem. I have purchased the game but it does not appear anywhere in my library including the downloads section. The game's page recognises that I have bought the game but when I click to play it nothing happens. I'm very glad it isn't just me having this issue, makes me feel less like I've done something silly.

When I try to install this game on my Mac it tells me I have no internet connection (which I have, as I am able to post this comment). And when I try to open the steam support page it won't open. Could it be a server issue or something?

Having the same problem: bought it today and it does not appear in my library. Even though the shop page recognizes that i have bought it already.

im having this same problem with this game and i just brought terraria what is doing the same thing, alot of people are not having games showing in there library

I'm having the same problem. Steam game list I could see in the workplace that are installed on the computer. But when I came home did not have on my list of games
