Game breaking bug on first level

I have this game on cd, but I figured I may as well use this forum, though Idk if the Steam version has this problem. Anyways, in the level "You Can Bank On Batman", when you use Robin's technology suit to drive the RC car through the building, I cant get the car into the building, because when I get it into the ramp, it gets stuck. Can anyone help? Thanks

I tried level 2-1, and the car there gets stuck too, even when it's not touching anything.

Well known bug, just activate VSync and it should work.

didn't help me. Keyboard and controller doesn't work either
