Are there any balanced faction mods?

I've been looking around the Datarealms forum looking for mods and I've downloaded all of the ones I think sound good, the only issue is that they are so damn over powered. The UNSC mod for example, I took one spartan and a standard assault rifle, walked into the enemy base and killed everything without leaving 100% health.The shields are good, but they're too strong.

I have however played a few mods that are okay, they're more balanced than the others. These are "New World Industries" These seem relativly balanced with a few advantages and other disadvantages such as reload times, weak units and things to give the enemy a chance,

So any pointers to other Balanced mods would be appreciated.
