How do I get a refund.
I paid money because I thought this game was finished. It clearly is not. There was nothing indicating this on the store page.

I feel as if I've been cheated. I'll be happy to buy it when it is done, but until then, how do I go about getting my money back?

What's the point of getting a refund and buying it back when it gets immproved?

Anyways, if you want a refund, you can always contact Steam tech support and give a good reason why you want a refund.

I kind of agree with Tleno on this one. That's kind of an oxy♥♥♥♥♥. But beyond that, it clearly stated "Version 1.0 is finally available on steam" in the video. That alone made me believe that it was a "finished beta" which just means that it's still being worked on and not 100% yet.

But yeah, issue a support ticket and if they are in a nice enough mood, congrats.

How is it unfinished? Seems pretty damn finished to me.

ALOT of bugs

Because it has been in development for over a decade, and I'm not convinced it will ever be in a form that is playable. And I'm not interested in hunting around for a mod that makes it playable, I want a game that I can buy and play, like every other game on Steam.

Okay, I emailed customer support explaining how this developer is cheating his customers, and that they should remove the game from the store. I advise everyone else to do the same. Thanks!

Hi Brandon, I know how you feel. I felt the same way when I first played the game. I couldn't stand the controls, for one, and I was EXTREMELY frustrated. May I suggest giving it another shot? I did, and I've come to enjoy it immensely. There are plenty of mods out there that freshen up the game, especially faction mods. Yes, the AI can be silly, and the game IS buggy as hell, but if you give it a serious shot, I think you might find a hidden gem.

I was pretty f**kin' ♥♥♥♥ed when I first played it as well. In fact, you can find another discussion that I started where I recommend against purchasing it. I recant.

I don't really find the bugs that intrusive. They're less frequent than the ones MW3 had on the day of launch.

Also, Terraria had a bunch of bugs on the day of launch, nobody really cared. Why is this game any different?
Penguinlord 30 set 2012, ore 9:42
And as to what CTi said, I suggest the Reloaded mod, which completely overhauls the game, if you really, REALLY hate everything about the vanilla game.

I've never played Terraria, but if it's as bad as this, I would complain in that forum as well.

Like I said, I'm not interested in hunting for a mod that makes this game work. A working game is the developer's job, not mine. That's what I paid him for. If I have to make the game work, than he can pay me.

Compared to what this used to be its sure as hell finished to me, its got bugs, every game does. Don't go whining about a refund
Brandon (Bandito) 30 set 2012, ore 10:03
I'm not complaining about the "bugs". I'm complaining about this game not being done. I don't mind a few bugs as long as I can actually play the game. The mechanics and AI are broken.
camoir 30 set 2012, ore 10:14
some of the game modes work fine,
it isn't finished
but it is playable
Brandon (Bandito) 30 set 2012, ore 10:23
I can move the cursor around in Notepad, so I guess that's a playable game too. I find it preferable to Cortex Command, as there's less frustration involved.

Stop yelling like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ monkey and give some constructive criticism instead.
