Updated Cortex Command multiplayer mod

I won't be giving my IP out, as I am running a Dynamic IP. Message me if you want to test. You must install zalo's version, then use my patch after.

Also, I need a Linux tester. I might be able to help you install the libraries, but I am not very good with linux :s

Not really. There aren't enough players of cortex command and the API is so poor that it wasn't worth my time to continue to develop.

You can see all the source for yourself if you want to update it.
