When a game is marketed as supporting a platform then it is typically required to *support* that platform. So instead of being a non-constructive windows-shilling troll perhaps just ignore the post by the linux players?

From what I saw in the update news thread, Data said something about the port coming soon, but the dev in charge of it got sick over the holidays, and will push it once he get's better.

I know that doesn't really inspire much hope, but at least in regards to the near radio silence of the past there's *something* to hope for now :)

Just because a linux version was teased on the forums doesn't mean the game is marketed as supporting linux yet. Currently it's clearly stated that it's Windows and MacOS. So instead of being a non-constuctive and rude linux-shilling troll perhaps you can just sit back, relax and hope that it comes out soon. The developers are not machines, you know! :)

Same here, I find myself checking the downloads page almost every hour to check if it has come yet :D

I just hope the dev in charge of porting takes the time he needs to get better first. Programming is stressful and the last thing needed when sick is stress :(

I did buy this game on a Humble Bundle years ago and it did had Linux support.
Hope to see it again here too, best wishes to the people involved in the port.
