Possible to get Harem ending without cheating?

Ok, so I know which logs to search for to get the Harem ending, but what I'm wondering if it's even possible to learn the log IDs yourself in the game and still be able to get the harem ending? Seems like if you go too far down the path with Hyunae to the point you get the Forever Slienced log, you're stuck with her. (triggers her proposing I think?) After that you cannot switch back to Mute to show her the log, right? So is the ony way to get ending 5 to cheat?

Also false in a single playthrough. You can get *Hyun-ae to show it to you in her route, memorize the number, then type it in to *Mute. The only POSSIBLE way one could get it honestly in game would be brute force guessing, and you wouldn't know it's there to look for. So you're still cheating the system by metagaming.

You can follow *Hyun-ae's route, switch to *Mute for new logs and the questions, then switch back to *Hyun-ae and ask her some of the questions before asking #9. Asking #9 prompts her to have you decrypt block 7 (and other stuff). Block 7 is where the log you are looking for is.
