[Bug] Permanently breaking AI - and the game? O.o
This thread contains a massive spoiler!!

Notice: After the meltdown, you will get stuck in the game, so the only way out is "download".

If you followed *Mute's Route do that:
Disable Core1 (Which has *Mute active and *Hyun-ae inactive)
Enable Core3
Copy Core1 Core3 - This will set *Hyun-ae to her own core in this case Core 3.
Disable Core3
Enable Core2
Copy Core1 Core2

*Mute is now broken, despite being active, try "enable_ai" to see for yourself.
Trying to disable that core results in an error.
Since you can run only one, you are stuck and can't progress any further.
Input "download" and that's it.

This only works correct before the meltdown.
Nope. I guess I found a game glitch here.

If you do that before the meltdown, BOTH AI will be broken. See here
To fix that, you will have to copy both of them together and split them up into their own cores to have them work again.
Doing that too often in one session will give that error message.

O_O wow..

That may be because you aren't supposed to do that~

I know :D I'd say I "failed to prioritize" and played with the override console a bit too much.
Otherwise I wouldn't have found that glitch (of the game itself) .

I managed to isolate the problem:
If the core with an AI in active storage gets powered down, it doesn't even say
"AI personality xxx is no longer available", as it would when you copy both girls together.
(That's why copying them together and split them into their own cores does fix that glitch,
unless the core you copy from is disabled, too)

power_control doesn't verify AI availability properly after powering down a used core, causing this ^.^

Just be careful. Can someone send this as a bugreport to Ms. Love?

I also had a problem in the core meltdown.

Only AFTER i had disabled the Reactor, and Hyun before that and switched to battery, Mute told me to copy Hyun to her core. which was of course impossible because after switching to backup power you can't save an ai thats been disabled in a core.

That's a pretty big one actually i think.

The whole reactor meltdown thing needs to be reworked from start to finish. theres just too many things that can go wrong, and too many things said too late.

I guess you were only powering down Hyun-chan's Core, without copying her data to *Mute's core.
You simply had to copy Hyun-chan to Mute's core.
That's what *Mute was saying.

You can store 2 AI in one core, even when the core you copy from is disabled.

The reactor meltdown event in itself is okay, there is also an archievement for messing up (but not THAT bad, like I did).

;)

Odd, i've never had a problem with the core meltdown part, and i seem to remember being able to copy hyun-ae after the reactor issue once, as for to many things being said too late, well, the whole coping from one core to the other is usally ment for the harem ending, and you arent likely to get that in the first playthrough anyway, so i think they figure youll know to copy it for when you do try to gt that ending.

You guys DO realize it is WAI? Way as intended? That way, you get both AI before meltdown only because you know the codes, it's not meta-gaming or cheating, it's a reason it has an achievement of "impossible outcome" since you're not supposed to be able to know that.

You guys took the game too literal.

Also, i double dare you get the questions from *Mute to *Hyun-ae via ID, w/o cheating, or w/o running meltdown...
