Can't Find Roche for the "For Temeria!" quest in Chapter 3
I am at the point in the quest where I have to choose between rescuing Anais or finding Triss, and I want to go with Roche to get Anais. The quest leads me to a spot in the center of the city but Roche is not there. Has anyone encountered this problem or can tell me how to fix it?

It's not a problem. There is a hole in the ground which leads to a gate that he is standing in front of. It's not far from the map marker.
