I just thought about replaying TW2, because last time I tried it was just unplayable due to crazy performance and memory problems. Lags, low frame rates, CTDs, savegames causing performance problems... Now please tell me that they have managed to solve these problems! Were there any Patches fixing these issues?

I'm willing to bet everyone here having issues is using some dated hand-me-down Dell laptop.

I believe that should be enough ;) Plus: Yes, I can read. Yes, I spent hours and days searching for solutions. I'm quite capable in terms of computer technology ;) AFAIK most of given issues were based on programming and could/should have been solved via patching.

Yeah that PC is kind of... don't expect to play TW2 on max settings with that. My PC would crush yours even though I don't have that much money invested, but even then I can still only play mostly maxxed settings at 1080p with stable fps around 40.
